The composition is organised as a tiered mandapam, directing the gaze inward to Nataraja at the centre. Set within a dark circular field, he holds a balanced dancing posture: one leg raised, the other firm over the subdued figure below. His radiating arms define the space around him, while the gold surface brings the figure forward with clarity against the red ground.

The flanking panels extend the sacred order. Vishnu appears in Anantashayana above and again below with Sridevi and Bhudevi, presenting continuity between repose and presence. On the opposite side, Meenakshi stands upright and frontal, her stillness stabilising the composition against the central movement.

The lower register gathers Vyaghrapada, Patanjali, and other sages in directed worship toward a central Shiva linga, with Nandi aligned before it. Red and green fields structure the surface, while gold and inset stones articulate architectural edges and figures. The work holds the wall as a shrine-like presence, guiding the viewer from a distance into closer attention.
