1. Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes. We primarily serve the United States, but we also ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. All our items are securely packed in India and dispatched via premium carriers (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

 

  • Is shipping really free? Yes, for all orders delivered within the Continental USA, shipping is inclusive. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

 

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Typically, orders reach US doorsteps within 5–8 business days once dispatched. Hand-framed paintings or large stone statues may require an additional 3–4 days for custom crating to ensure maximum safety.

 

  • Will I have to handle Customs paperwork? No. We handle all export documentation and customs formalities. For our US customers, the process is as seamless as receiving a domestic package.

 

2. Authenticity & Craftsmanship

 

  • Are these mass-produced items? Never. Every piece at BronzeNBeyond is hand-picked. Our bronzes are created using the traditional "Lost Wax" (Cire Perdue) casting method, and our paintings are hand-drawn by hereditary artists. No two pieces are ever identical.

 

  • What is "Superfine" quality? In the world of Indian art, "Superfine" refers to the highest level of detailing, sharpness in facial features, intricate jewelry carvings, and adherence to Shilpa Shastra (the ancient science of proportions). We specialize in this premium tier.

 

  • What are "Stone Colors" in your paintings? Our traditional paintings (like Tanjore and Folk art) often use natural pigments derived from crushed minerals and stones (like Lapis Lazuli for blue). This ensures the colors remain vibrant for decades without fading.

 

3. Orders & Returns

 

  • What if my item arrives damaged? While we use industrial-grade packing (including wooden crates for heavy statues), we insure every shipment. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

  • Can I return an item if I change my mind? Yes. You have 14 days to initiate a return. Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to our US-based facility. (Refer to our [Return Policy] for details).

4. Care & Maintenance

 

  • How do I clean my Bronze or Wood statues? For Bronze, a simple dry microfiber cloth is best. Avoid harsh chemicals. For Wood, a light touch of lemon oil once a year will keep the grain hydrated and prevent cracking in dry US climates.

 

  • Are your Tanjore paintings made with real gold? Yes. Authentic Tanjore paintings use 22k or 24k gold foil that is embossed onto the canvas. This gold does not tarnish, ensuring your investment retains its luster forever.
