At BronzeNBeyond Store, we curate authentic heritage pieces—from sacred Bronzes to intricate Tanjore paintings—crafted by master artisans. We understand the significance of these items in your home and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team:

  • Phone: 925-487-4801 Please include your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the designated return shipping address.

3. Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Recommendation: Given the high value and fragile nature of our collections (Bronze, Stone, Wood), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. BronzeNBeyond Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items (Important)

Our products are handcrafted and often shipped internationally. While we perform rigorous quality checks, transit damage can occur.

  • Reporting: You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: To process a claim with our logistics partners, we require clear photos of the damage and the packaging. An unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite your replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

To maintain the integrity of our specialized collections, the following are exempt from returns:

  • Custom-made or Commissioned Pieces: Any item created to your specific dimensions, subjects, or requirements.

  • Framed Tanjore Paintings: Due to the extreme fragility of the glass and gold foil during two-way international transit.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timing: Most refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
