At the centre, Shiva in his Pashupati aspect sits beside Meenakshi, her green-toned form distinguished against the muted ground, while Vishnu stands in the act of kanyadana, establishing the ritual axis of the composition. A yupa pillar rises between the couple, marking the sacrificial core, as banana trees frame the space with symbols of fertility and auspiciousness.
