Tripurasundari is placed at the centre as the presiding force, seated in a composed yet active posture, one leg lowered and the other drawn inward, creating a sense of controlled movement within stillness.
In the Shakta tradition, she is understood as the supreme goddess, attended by Saraswati and Lakshmi: vani-rama-sevita, bringing knowledge and prosperity into her orbit. This relationship is made visible here, with both goddesses standing on either side, aligned yet secondary to the central presence.
Her form is built through dense ornament and layered attire. The crown rises prominently, while necklaces, waistbands, and armlets are arranged with precision, following the contours of the body without excess.
She holds her attributes with clarity, each object placed to maintain balance across the figure. The throne beneath her is supported by smaller divine figures, lifting the seat both physically and symbolically.
The arch frames the composition closely, with draped forms and a kirtimukha at the apex drawing the eye inward. The blue ground stabilises the scene, offset by red flooring and gold across the surface, which carries light evenly through the details. The wooden frame encloses the work with a traditional finish, allowing it to hold as a complete devotional presence within a space.
